Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Vetted purchased through our payment provider Paddle (Merchant of Record). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day refund window
If you are dissatisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the first charge for a full refund of that charge. This applies to the initial purchase only, not to subsequent renewals.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable once billed. You can cancel at any time from your billing page to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are refundable within the 14-day window above. Outside that window we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a term.
4. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or a breach of our Terms of Service.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence (for example, EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights). Where those rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@aqlanai.com from the address on your Vetted account with your order/transaction ID and a short reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly.
